Virtual Field Trip--Elmshaven!
Hi Everyone!
Thought some of you might enjoy reading a guest blog post that my son Austin wrote about a very special site named "Elmshaven." This house is especially interesting not only because it is on the National Historic Register as a Historic building, but also because it was the last home of Ellen G. White--one of the founders of the Seventh-day Adventist church.
This home is very near and dear to my heart, because I used to live just down the road from it and for years I volunteered as a docent and gave tours to the MANY people who came to tour the house.
So if you are ready for a Virtual Field Trip to Elmshaven, just follow the link!

Virtual Field Trip--Washington New Hampshire church (Part 2)
Hi Everyone!
It's a chilly day today in my corner of the woods, but that doesn't mean we can't go on a field trip! Especially when we can take that field trip while curled up next to the wood stove fire! Today my son Austin is guest posting over at a site especially for Seventh-day Adventist homeschoolers, so if you would like to take a fun trip grab your mug of hot chocolate and come along with us as we finish our tour of the Washington, New Hampshire church and learn more about why it is important in Adventist history!

Virtual Field Trip--William Miller's Home
Hi Everyone!
This has been a super busy week, as it has been the start of our homeschool classes. But all good week's need a field trip if at all possible--we were actually able to sneak a little one in as we went to a nature talk and met an opossum, a screech owl, a great horned owl, and a pine snake. And if I can ever figure out how to downsize the pictures on my phone so I can e-mail them to myself, I will share pictures!
But in the meantime, today I--with my son Austin--am guest posting a Virtual Field Trip to William Miller's home. Who is William Miller you ask? Well click on the link below and find out!
And have fun on your field trip!
